AMS services medical equipment across the whole facility: dialysis systems, dental and exam room equipment, patient monitors, imaging and diagnostic systems, laboratory instruments, sterilization and autoclave units, surgical lighting and tables, and related biomedical devices. If you have a unit that is not listed, call us and ask.
Both. Our technicians come to your facility for on-site calls, and we accept depot repairs shipped to us as well. For larger or sensitive units, on-site service is usually faster and safer. We will recommend the right approach after you describe the issue.
A PM contract means we come in on a scheduled cadence to inspect, clean, calibrate, and test your equipment before it fails. For busy practices where downtime directly affects patient volume, a PM contract often pays for itself the first time it catches a problem early. We offer annual and semi-annual plans.
